About Me
I am Psychotherapist (HPP), a systemic coach for children and
teenager and work with a holistic approach that addresses
body, mind and spirit. I use Rogers’ talking therapies, Cognitive
Behavioural Therapy tools and Somatic Experiencing
approaches.
I love my family and parenting and particularly enjoy working
with mothers as they are so busy and it is good to have a place
to recharge. Over the years I have helped many children,
teenagers and adults discover what they are made of. How to
deal with challenges, changes, losses and defeats as well as
victories and how to grow from them. About fulfilling
relationships, with themselves and with others.
